Gallup Panel research study, and greater than two-thirds of workers that agree that their manager concentrates on their toughness are engaged. The reality that 14% of European workers are involved suggests that many European managers battle to do either. Companies that buck this pattern view interaction as a calculated top priority. They identify that the manager-employee partnership is the most important driver of interaction and organic development, and they approach the job of raising engagement with the same rigor, technique, and dedication that they come close to various other company issues.
The bright side is that the bulk of Europeans are disengaged but not discontented. They are sitting on the sidelines, waiting to be influenced. They are winnable, and companies can repair this space by better equipping their managers with the learning and development they need to be much better people supervisors.
